Unique identifiers used to send and receive electronic mail (email) over the internet. An email address consists of two main parts: the local part (which identifies the recipient's mailbox) and the domain part (which specifies the mail server). These parts are separated by an "@" symbol. For example, in the email address example@domain.com, "example" is the local part and "domain.com" is the domain part.
